An asset collection is the classic home inventory: every belonging gets photos, a category, a location, purchase details, serial number and value. Items can be regular things, antiques with estimated values, vehicles with registration and model year, or real estate with full building information.

iTems is free to download and use, with one collection, 20 items and three categories included. iTems PRO removes the limits and unlocks AI analysis, sharing, inheritance planning and reports.
What can I track with iTems?
Anything you own. Furniture, electronics, vehicles, antiques and real estate go in asset collections; groceries and supplies in consumable collections; and the home itself — rooms, components, maintenance and running costs — in a property collection.
Which devices are supported?
iTems runs natively on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and in any modern browser with iTems for the web (open beta). Everything syncs through iTems Cloud.
How does receipt scanning work?
Drop a receipt as a PDF, scan or photo. iTems reads the text — scanned receipts are OCR-ed — and creates the items with store, date, price and warranty, with the original receipt attached to each one. AI analysis is part of iTems PRO.
Can iTems help with insurance?
Yes. Reports collect your items with values, purchase dates, warranty status and photos into a document you can print or save as PDF — exactly what an insurer asks for after damage or theft.
Can I share my inventory with family?
Yes — invite anyone with an iTems account into a collection, with read-only or edit access. Sharing is part of iTems PRO for the owner; collections shared with you never count against your own plan.
